This is an original piece of fine art using the process of Silkscreen printmaking. Hand-drawn and hand-printed by us, Allison & Jonathan Metzger, in our home studio.
We use a phosphorescent ink on the moons which absorbs UV light and then gently glows for a few minutes once the room is dark. This moon will glow even brighter if you charge it will a flashlight. So much fun!
Packaged in a rigid cardboard box to ensure it arrives safely, the art is also backed with archival foam core for extra rigidity, making it easy to frame up.
